Do you store my passwords or account numbers?
No. RecoveryMate never asks for or stores your passwords, 2FA codes, or account numbers on our servers. Anything sensitive you choose to save lives only in a vault encrypted on your device before it ever leaves your browser.
What's in the recovery runbook?
Your runbook lists the exact banks, carriers, ID services, and accounts you use, with direct phone numbers, links, and the order to contact them in if your phone is lost or stolen.
Which regions are supported?
RecoveryMate currently covers Australia and the United States, with region-specific playbooks for major banks, carriers, and government ID services.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. The Readiness Score quiz is completely free. The personalized recovery runbook and PDF export are part of the paid plan.
